Estefanía MonteroIntellectual Authority

Methodology

From lived experience to intellectual patrimony

Four stages. None gets skipped: without the first there's no raw material, and without the last there's no one to receive it.

01

Listen

It all starts with a conversation, not a template.

Almost nobody knows how to explain what they know. They've lived it so many times it became obvious, and the obvious goes unsaid. Through tailored interviews I bring to the surface what is already there: the judgment, the shortcuts, the mistakes that taught something.

What you walk away with

  • Tailored interviews
  • A map of your experience
  • Knowledge extraction guide
02

Structure

Experience without structure gets lost.

A collection of anecdotes is not a methodology. Here I organize what came out of the interviews and give it shape: sequence, principles, a system another person can follow without you being there.

What you walk away with

  • Your own methodology
  • Conceptual framework and processes
  • Content architecture
03

Turn into an asset

What isn't recorded doesn't exist.

A method put in writing stops being memory and becomes property. Books, programs, documented systems: pieces that can be taught, licensed, sold, and passed on.

What you walk away with

  • Book or publication
  • Documented intellectual property
  • Programs and materials
04

Project authority

An asset is only worth something when it reaches whoever needs it.

With the asset built, we define how it holds up over time: where it gets published, who it speaks to, how it generates credibility, opportunities, and patrimony. Authority isn't declared, it accumulates.

What you walk away with

  • Positioning strategy
  • Editorial plan
  • Custom reports

What we work on

The three pillars

The methodology runs across these three fronts. Each one makes the next possible.

01

Reinvention and personal leadership

For those who already have the experience and the capability, but haven't yet found the tool that turns their voice into influence.

02

Knowledge architecture

For those who want to turn their experience into intellectual assets that can be used, taught, and passed on.

03

Authority-based business

For leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs seeking a personal brand, differentiation, and a way to monetize what they know.

The first step is always a conversation

You don't need to arrive with the topic already sorted. That's what the first stage is for.
